We will not be responsible for inaccurate addresses, item numbers or quantities entered by internet customers; re-shipments will be at customer’s expense.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.
By placing your order with ARTHUR’S WINE SHOP, you have represented that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.
Please Note – The time it takes to pull, assemble and process a typical order is approximately 1-3 business days prior to shipping. If your order is “Time Sensitive”, please enter a note in the “Comments Box” upon submission of your order or contact us 704-366-8610.
All orders are shipped FEDEX Ground unless otherwise noted. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise from shipping, you must inform ARTHUR’S WINE SHOP of any broken or damaged bottles within two days of delivery. A call tag will be issued to pick this up at a chosen location and once the merchandise is returned to ARTHUR’S WINE SHOP, a new shipment will be sent out.
IMPORTANT: Some states still restrict the shipment of wine. We do apologize for the inconvenience if we are not able to service your area. ARTHUR’S WINE SHOP will inform you if we are unable to ship wine into your state after your order is received.
